Pick-up Policy

Orders placed through the phone/online for pick up at our warehouse need to be paid at the time of order by credit/debit card. If you wish to pay when collecting, our team will be happy to prepare your order when you arrive, while you relax and browse.

Kindly give us 4 business hours lead time between payment and pick up to process and prepare your order. You pick up your orders up to 5PM from Mondays to Fridays. For same day pick up, the cut off time for ordering and payment is 1PM.
